Dr. Perry has join a team of community leaders to form the Re-Entry Rountable program which is aimed to help those previously incarcerated adjust to the outside world. Many times having a criminal record makes it hard for those individuals to find a job. The lack of financial well being can bring repeat offender behavior.

Dr. Perry believes that his community has the ability to become greater. He believes that taking the initiative and providing resources and opportunities will help detour some of that behavior.
